In addition, digital work platforms challenge both formal office culture and established channels of communication in the office.
At the heart of Primer is the assumption that every organisation behaves like an organism. The health of the whole depends upon the well-being of each member individually and upon strong relationships throughout the organisation. A healthy team opens the possibility of an authentic and exciting collaboration! The Primer training shares a model for fostering the health of your team, and then offers a toolkit for effective collaboration in problem-solving, drawn largely from the world of design thinking. Primer provides a unified view of collaboration, change, and project design.
One-Day Teams Workshop:
Learning to hold a team together and to collaborate has become more important than ever in a remote-working world! This interactive experience introduces you to our responsive approach and to our kit of healthy team practices that emerge from three core principles:

Primer Kit:
The Primer Kit represents a coherent, flexible, and highly accessible framework for optimising your team’s collaboration AND for designing/managing projects. We believe that a healthy organisational culture drives successful projects and that successful projects, in turn, feed organisational culture. Our kit supports the development of a virtuous cycle of growth in relationships at all levels as well as in the quality and substance of projects that your team takes on.
Primer Coaching:
Our model relies heavily on a responsive rather than a didactic approach. Each situation is unique. Each leadership style has its own set of assets and friction points. With longer-term engagements available for leaders, self-identified champions of Primer, and/or teams, we can help you fully embed the Primer approach into your team’s functioning using a range of case studies and rapid, responsive problem-solving. Shifting your mindset towards a watchful, collaborative approach to team health requires practice and we’re here to help.
